Hey Everybody,
I just wanted to chime in here to explain the situation. We originally sent an email to Jayme regarding the back order of the gasket set once we recieved the order. I do apologize if the email was never recieved but it was sent. What many of you do not know is that we do not accept payment from online orders for BO products unless the customer responds via email or phone that they are ok with waiting. The funds are held in limbo with our card processor so we actually do not have the funds here unless the customer gives the OK to capture the payment. Once Jayme emailed us asking the status of her order we responded with the email that she posted, we were a little confused because we had never heard back from the original email. We then voided the transaction so the money was never taken from her account. I do apologize for all the confusion and the trouble we may have caused but that is the situation. I contacted Jayme as well and hope that she calls me back so i can fax or email her a copy of the voided transaction reciept. Thanks for reading.

-Travis

PS Thanks Mr. Wiggles - From Zak and Travis

well, i do not speak for everyone, but until we hear from Jayme saying that she did in fact get her funds back, you will still be in a negative point of view with me.....

id tell you not to go the same direction as Stevens Creek Subaru, but tis too late for that, now isnt it?

Yeah it can, even if installed right with the cel fix (which i had). I know the 06-07's are even more sensitive than the 02-05's though. My 07 wrx was throwing cels only when i was cruising at around 80mph in 50* weather, although I'm not sure which detail is more important... the speed or the temperature. But, like clock work I would throw a cel coming home from sac at that speed and temps at or below. But I didn't have problems with boost creep like I suspected i would with catless tbe.

i have the same mindset as rau, but im not going to just assume you guilty by association. so if she gets her money back, then travis will be okay in my book unless i hear otherwise, even if i still think gruppe-s is garbage... however, if she does not get her money back, than gruppe-s and travis can burn
:RockOn - not mine:
travis, no hard feelings... but you know the rep your company has...
