Yeah I wish I woulda just taken care of the damage Gruppe-S did to my car but at the time I didn't have the ~$2500 or so to fix it myself and against my better judgement let them "take care of it." The experience there basically ruined my Subaru experience and stopped the progress toward where I wanted my coupe to be. I thought selling my car would free me up of the bad feelings, but strangely there's still rage in there. I just don't understand how people can treat other people that way - and this was back when they were still "cool."

If anything even remotely similar happens to me in the future it will be met with a disputed CC charge and full disclosure to the BAR.

Because they often sell stuff for less than they're suppose to and therefore less than anyone else.

People want to save a buck.....that's why I went through them....ended up costing me a couple months and a major pain in my ***.

they are actually pretty lucky. my dad (aka the big black dog) knows about my situation. He wants to go down their personally or have everyone who has problems with them go to the DA's fraud department. He's just waiting for me to say ok. lol.

IMHO you have NO one to blame if you know their shaddy past and crappy business practices and still choose to buy from them trying to save a buck. No.sympathy.

Thats weird, I ordered Cobb AP from them for a killer deal with a Walbro Fuel Pump and Battery Tie 3 weeks ago and it all came the next day. They even took down the combo and still offered me the low price when I called them about it.

Sucks to hear all these horror stories.
