Why dont you ask them to credit you the money and put it into something else that you buy from them. Im sure that will be a lot easier then just getting a refund. What what ever you do i hop it works out for you.

When are you installing your TBE???

I went through this EXACT same deal when I ordered a clutch line from them. I waited and waited. Then called....oh we notified you it was on backorder...ummm. no you didn't. Etc...etc. O.k. give me my money back...o.k. It took like 10 days to get my money back and that was after many calls and emails.

Gruppe-S is worthless. I hope they go out of business. The only good thing about that place left.

If you need anything I highly recommend going through GST as atleast they'll be honest with you if something is on back order.

Another good guy for gaskets is Crucial Racing.

If I can't get stuff from one of those two shops I'll get it in the classifieds.

Yeah I only buy stuff from Gruppe-S when I intend to pick it up and usually do. GLIA Jamie

OH and did you by chance call you CC company? I'm sure they can void the charges then take it up with Gruppe-S. Most companies are cool and will do that for you.
