just go back over everything again and make sure its clamped down, that may be obvious but a leak is the only thing that could cause that sound. Also how tight do you have the bov, maybe its opening under boost. Also dont worry about that second vac piece, either leave it uncapped to get the little whistle noise that the greddy bov is known for or leave it capped off like you have it.
