Did anybody take a look at the seasonal events? I went in and played around a little. Now there is a drift where they rank your score against other online racers. There was a time attack and I think a race. They limit the cars that can enter in some of the events, the Time Attack was limited to 197hp FWD with sports hard tires. Something like that.

Oh, yea I used the GC8 Wagon, the yellow one. I destroyed the competition in the earlier events. It's a little harder when you do the advanced one. But I think cause the stages are long and having 8 stages it just got to me being lazy and making mistakes.

yea good stuff in there, the way the game should be, tons of restrictions well the race and time attack stuff. The drifting stuff is ok but the judging criteria isn't that spot on. As long as the car is sliding, you still get points, not exactly drifting.

Yea I noticed the top people are using the Buick Special. I used it after I saw that they used it and was getting points for basically buring out around the corner instead of actually Drifting. I got more points doing that than I did using an AE-86 and properly drifting the first corner on Tsukuba.

Oh ok. Yea I did the gravel/dirt one. I had a 30 some odd minute lead when it was all said and done. Used Loeb's Citroen for it. Figured its already a rally car and I don't need to spend any money to make it better.
