If you are looking for orange colors to come out better/stronger than a cloudy white balance setting helps. I learned that from Ken Rockwell's site.

Other than that, some HDR processing can usually give you that result.

I downloaded HDR but it seems to want multiple images bracketed. Otherwise maybe it needs a RAW image. I usually don't bracket. I just love the colors that this HDR is producing.
