Anyone ever seen him race??

Dude actually does hit up the drag strip. I am not sure if Infineon still does the "LE" night but he would always be there racing.

Its quite simple, if you get pulled over by this guy go with this set of rules.

1)BE POLITE at all times. No mater what he says, be polite and respectful.
2)IF he becomes abusive, or disrespectful stop, and ask him to call his supervisor out. Say nothing more, sign nothing, admit to nothing and answer no questions. Only talk to the supervisor.
3)Don't give the officer ammo, don't admit to a thing, do not alow him to search your car (he does not have PC to look under your hood unless YOU give it to him). Be resepctful, say "I am sorry officer with all due respect I do not consent to a search of my vehical"
4)If he asks you to step out, take yoru keys, close your door and lock it. Once more do not give him permission to look in your car. If he demands your keys, again ask for a supervisor and remain quiet.

if this was a normal run of the mill stop that could maybe work. BUT since this guy is best friends with his sgt,LT and cpt(they all ride together) your pretty much screwed.
-refusing to sign would allow him to arrest you and you could loose your license
-the only PC he needs to look under your hood is you having exhaust. its stands to reason that you "could" have other modifications under your hood. any judge would agree.

someones best course of action is to record the entire stop. since the new law passed allowing personal recording inside your own car i would suggest that so you can show the judge.

I know there's some LEOs on i-club. I'm interested to hear what their take is on this response.

THIS GUY IS A FU**** DI** FACE! He pulled me over 2 years ago passing Milpitas and state ref'd me. Said "There wont be anymore street racing on MY STREETS," I was going 65mph lol. Anyways, went to the ref, failed, but some how the lady at traffic court thought i passed! got lucky, but ended up selling my 2005 STI months later. I hope this guy gets transferred to Oakland Bart station haha
