Unhappy Got rear ended today

Well, I was on I-205 east bound in Tracy heading home. The time was 7:30pm with the normal stop and go traffic. I was going about 35-40 mph and slowing down to come to a complete stop. The Range Rover behind me didn't realize that traffic had came to a stop and the end result was this.

As I took a glance at my rear view mirror, I can see him approching me kinda fast. Before I can react, it was too late.
sorry for the crappy phone pix

Hopefully it's all just superficial damage and the frame is okay.

Ow. I hope you're okay. If insurance is saying you keep the car, are you gonna get any cf pieces?

Bondo will fix that right up.

Seriously though, I'm glad you're okay. From an accident like that, it looks like you're frame is probably tweaked, though. I've seen little rearend bumps tweak them.

yeah from the way it looks and talking to my guy from the body shop it might get totaled.
we'll see though once he gets it to the shop.
My wife and I are both sore but she's still in shock about it.

I got lucky on that one, as I was hit in the back the car in front of me moved forward just a bit which gave me enough cushion.
