Are they facking kidding @ $54.99 for Doom 3?

Games cost $29 two weeks after they are released. Fackers. Another reason I pirate, play until the price comes down, then buy for the multiplayer once all the 12 year old girls stop playing.

Usually stuff comes out on sale, or goes on sale within a month of release. Doom, I dont know... Id and Blizzard games dont follow the norm in this reguard.

Any of you guys used to play the old versions with all the add on's like D Zone! and Demon gate ect ect...?? I used to have alot of fun messing around with all the settings and customizing stuff then just playing a ton of the additional levels.
