why would anyone downgrade from an efficient intercooled turbo to a much less efficient non-intercooled roots blower???

already on the list, their releasing their C6 kit this month. Should get me up around 550whp on 91 oct. Best thing, its all still CARB legal

I drove a z06 a while back that had something that looked similar to that but that piping that goes to the intercooler was CF. And the air cleaner was set up different...

do you know what that was???? All I know is it was REDICULOUS fast and that was before the 500 horse model came out.

I got that pic about 3 years ago. SPT was working on a supercharger but only made a few prototypes. It was to be for the 2.5 before the 04 STi came out. I really don't have much on it because it was a project that Subaru dropped.

 

probably the ATI Procharger with a carbon fiber inlet




the ATI is comparable to the Vortechs, though the Vortechs are newer and cheaper and CARB legal.
