The second set of wheels are 17 in. stock Subaru from an unspecified model, and are in Sapporo
The STi seats are dealer option seats from a GRB STi. Those are actually out in Nerima, not TOO far from Yokohama.
Oh, and my sincerest condolences on the passing of your grandfather.
