we are lucky to be down only 12 cuz the Lake Show got THOROUGHLY outplayed in the 1st half!? the Magic made all the hustle plays, hit the big shots, and got the stops. EVERY Laker, incl KB, needs to suck it up and play HARDER and BETTER!!

we are getting ZERO ball movement w/guys doing too much dribbling and being indecisive w/their moves. swing the ball around+down low and make the defense move+commit! quit settling for so many dang long J's! put pressure on the Magic D & get their guys in foul trouble too!

everything starts w/DEFENSE & effort! we have to step up and bring more of BOTH! ignore the refs+fouls....quit whining+pouting cuz we're beating ourselves w/our lethargic play! come out in the 3rd focused & w/energy. we aren't going to get all the way back in just a few possessions. we have to get in the trenches and grind it out w/stops & good shots!

Let's clean it up and do this!

Fisher came through, and magic had a chance to end it and howard blew free throws, and I dont know why beatrice shot it that far out for the last shot. He could have drive near the paint for a better shot or drawing a foul. Dumb shot selection. howard can't make free throws. They deserved to loose this one.

Ugh, Orlando gave this game away. Defensive lapses and missed free throws. So dumb. How about Kobe's sweet spinning no look pass to Gasol on the break away?

 

Plus they should have fouled Fisher on the three with 10 seconds left and put in at the line or at LEAST play D instead of giving the wide open ****ing shot.

Howard making basically no FG and magic being up 10 was awesome, but Howard should have drop his free throws.

ok, had some time to come back down from the stratosphere.....was that game INTENSE or what?? imo, one of the GOAT Lake Show playoff games.....right up there w/our 16 pt 4th qtr comeback in The Finals vs the Blazers during the Fox+Shaq+Horry days!

but, as gritty+HUGE a win as it was, the mission's not complete YET! we're def on the cusp of greatness, but we need to get 1 more!! our vets, D-Fish+KB+PJ, all recognize that and are keeping the squad focused. no celebrating until we have something to REALLY celebrate!

having been the voice of reason, must commend the Magic for a really hard fought game last night. Dwight might not have had that many buckets, but dude was a FORCE in the paint on D+boards! 9 blocks in a Finals game?? just bananas! Hedo & Pietrus kept hitting big shots too. fortunately, we were able to contain Shard, & Trevor DID WORK in the 3rd to ignite our comeback!

again, not counting the Magic out, but the only thing I can say is that they are chock full of talent. once they get a lil more experience, they'll be able to have more composure & make better decisions, which will help them win more close games. once that happens, they'll be scary good for a long time!
