Oh, for those who think turning off your headlights will cause the police to lose track of you, welcome to the world of nightvision. To lose a helicopter you have to out run it. I don't see that happening.

the OH-58 has a top speed of 144mph. Most police/civilian heli's are in that 135-160 range.

You can outrun them.

As for nightvision... only if the helicopter has it.

just saying.

i know a guy that got caught by one. The clocked him at 163. He would have lost them but he had to stop for gas.
