Rest of the story, he's from Camp Pendleton. Oddly enough I hesitated in replying above about a couple similar experiences I know about with Camp Pendleton's finest.

 

It'd be easy to pin it on ptsd, but I'm inclined to believe hes telling the truth. Whether or not his apology was sincere, that's another story... the dude did rear end him.

 

So what? To recognize there was a fellow officer sitting in that truck and still behave like that, even in front of a higher ranking officer is weak. Then add in an injured hand, that you just found out you might get Med-Dist'd for, that you are trying to fight with?
