It's crazy that this happened in Cupertino. If you're from there you know how crime-free that city is. I can't believe it all went down right across the street from my in-laws!

 

This is hella old I was actually back home when this happened as I live down the street too. The suspect who was killed basically beat a 96 year old man to death. He got of lucky dying, shoulda went to prison.

 

+1 should have spent life in prison, see how tough he really is beating 97 year old man.

 

Screw that "life in prison" crap. Pop em in the head, and save those millions of prison dollars for the people who need and deserve it.
