I have no idea why this particular cop was driving 'code' (apparently to help the sheriff) when he could just leave the scene, not even talking to the officers there, and harass the paramedics. Obviously in the wrong there.

This cop probably was pissed the sheriff didn't actually need him, and in a frustrated rage blamed them there dark paramedic driver that didn't address him as sir.

And urabus40 4 ban

I hope that cop gets fired

Attorney Defending the LEO (at a conference, not an official hearing)

Article Link (Might want to read this one):

IMO, saying that the cop was suffering PTSD as an excuse is a horrible rebuttal. IMO, if that's his defense (including what was said by the attorney in the video), the cop is in serious trouble.
What a BS mechanic this lawyer is.

Both did a lot of wrong, the patient is the loser here. I do agree with an above post that Oklahoma is the fail. That would kinda suck to have to go through a series of fail after fail and leading to more fails to get my *** to the hospital.

In other news, ubarus40, stop stalking me you fiend! Discussions are discussions, if you don't want to be apart of them then don't click on the link. This post, as well as all the other ones I post isn't a "MUST CLICK OMG GOD HAS CONTROLLED ME TO CLICK THIS LINK OF HIS!" lol, skip over or block me. You are not giving an opinion on the topic at hand and arguing to nobody with your kindergarten skills. You might as well be that lawyer in the second video above with your great debate skills.

If any consolation, you are just creating a problem for yourself. No one else is whining or distracting from the topic at hand. You wouldn't know hypocrisy is if boned you in the ***. How do you expect to combat this "apparent trouble by my post" by making trouble yourself? That is idiotic, learn to count. 2 is after 1.

I know, I figured I might not post it cuz I saw this a while ago, but after clicking to view the video, there were a bunch of other links about the judicial processes and I figured people would get more background and figure out the opposing arguments and followup with how the trial unfolds.

OT posts? If I click bay area forums now... about 90-95% have nothing to do with the bay area. This forum, or this particular forum of forums gets the most traffic, and therefore to get the most discussion, has to be seen by the most # of people. I post one of these videos maybe once a week and I happen to review the same common topic, all with different scenarios. I can see you trying to build an argument, but abuse for 1 post a week about the same topic is about as bad as everyone else who posts random news that are comical, hilarious, historical, etc. When they kept posting funny news, over and over again, no one goes after them. Krinkov posts some funny posts once or twice a week, he doesn't have a troll running to his posts stalking him and posting images and sayin "Reported D-Bag, moderator ***** sucker! Lemme IM you and harass you more!"

I just feel bad people don't have the will power to not click my posts when they aren't contributing to the topic at hand. ><

This video is retarded, the EMT driving was justified. When driving an ambulance, making quick moves does NOT happen when a patient is on board. Every EMT knows that any G-forces felt while sitting in the front is felt 2-3 times as bad in the rear. 24 seconds is a negligible amount of time, if he had slammed on his breaks and swerved (like the vehicle infront of them did) he could have injured the paramedic providing patient care AND the patient. What if the paramedic had been starting an IV and it caused him to stab the patient in the chest with the needle? What if the paramedic was giving a medication and it he went flying forward causing him to push all of the medication and overdose the patient?

Among all of the theoretic situations that could've happen, the ambulance had to "drift into the middle of the road" to avoid hitting the car that swerved over.

The paramedic also said "I'm in charge of this ambulance, so talk to me." and the lawyer said that the paramedic said "I'm in charge here" very big difference...

I wish that the ambulance crew had a video statement, same with the patient.
