gl. Copyright laws kinda suck. If they change a certain percentage of the image its fair use after that. Paint dribbles, different shaped eyes, no eyebrows, lower jaw, no writing on it, little differnt nose, x's for teeth, could or couldnt be depending on how good of lawyer they have.... id sue em anyway though!

 

No, thats definatly Copyright infringement. While I was working at target in Recieving, I had to send back alot of cloths from crappy brands like that which steal or parody copyrighted logos (note: China has no copyright laws so they do this crap all the time) and lawsuits came up which forced the company to take them off the shelves.
