Forced Entry, what a *****
So today wasn't such a good day...
After going to get some lunch and picking up the sibling I return home to find this-
apparently someone had tried to break in around 11:30 am but was unable to get through the 2nd pane! Looks like the thief tried to rip open the screen first and move the window aside. With no luck, he tried breaking the window to unlock it, leaving a softball sized hole.
what was bad was I WAS INSIDE THE HOUSE. Yea...I was sleeping but totally knocked out and didn't hear anything but luckily the neighbor saw the ***** and so we were able to file a more accurate police report. This happened in Union City around contempo park, so a word of caution to whoever lives in or near here.
**Moral of the story: Don't sleep in!**

I've got a light sleeping wife who's good with my .357 magnum just for this occasion. God bless american gun laws
Be thankful they didn't get in and things didn't get worse.
Moral of the story is get a good safe and insure everything else that can be replaced..and be prepared to sing some lead if you are confronted in your own home.
"I was in fear for my life officer..that's why I filled the bastard full of lead"...remember that phrase

why did the man break in in the first place? was he so thirsty he was willing to trespass? then again, instead of killing him, you could just maim him = no big time.
not like i own any guns anyways (aside from a bb gun ) I do own katanas tho.

I'm sure if you look hard enough you'll find one straight outta kalifornia. This ****ed up state has done ALOT of *** backwards rulings...wouldn't surprise me if this one popped up and won for the bad guy
