I chose the Ferrari. I'm biased against the porsche for the same reason as Clarkson, all porsches looking the same. it's got the same stigma as a corvette does, you could be driving a ZR-1 but to everybody who knows crap about cars except the basics, it's the same as any other vette. My other reasoning is the vehicle being rear engine, and I just don't have the seat time nor desire to learn the nuances.
The lambo, call me an attention ***** but if I'm gonna drive something of that brand I want the murc and the scissor doors. Otherwise if it's gonna be something like that I'd take an R8 (How much is a comparable R8 anyways?).
Ferrari is my choice cause it's recognizable yet uncommon enough, I love that model and the 360, and of the 3 pictured it's the only convertible. Since maint isn't an issue all the better. If it WERE an issue I think I would go Porsche only cause there's more on the road.

I see Gallardo here all the time. 430 is pretty sweet, but I think the Porsche is more rare. Ive seen one or two GT2s around here, and all kinds of turbos. Add in that the Porsche is the lightest, has turbo and Ive actually driven cars from that manufacturer, and Id take the GT2.
(Ive never driven a GT2, but Ive driven 996 C2, 996 C4S, 997 C4 and a bunch of boxters, so that makes me an expert)

Since I have zero experiences with high-powered RWD vehicles, I'd pick the Lambo.....having 2 extra driven wheels should have lower my chance of killing myself, right? 
I'd pick the "regular" 911 Turbo or an Audi R8 over all those three, though.
Heck, I'd rather have an Audi S5 over any of them....unless I'm actually filthy rich.

I personally like the Lambo best. If money were easy, that's probably the car I would own. Since it's not so easy if someone gave me a million, I'd probably buy either a standard Porsche Turbo or the supercharged Vette and pocket the extra cash to pay for gas and repairs.

though to be honest, Im not a "Porsche hater". Its just that other than the Carrera GT, I havent been excited about any Porsche since the 993, they all just seemed to lose their charm after that

Gallardo... Period.
I have been drooling over Gallardo's for a long *** time. In my eyes the Gallardo is the best Lamborghini ever made and the LP560-4 is just pure sex. I have already made the promise to myself that if someday I have $500.000 to blow, I am going to buy a Gallardo.

I'll take the Lamborghini hands down.
Reasons:
Having owned both a Ferrari and a Porsche 911 I would not buy another till either company fixes some huge issues.
1987 Ferrari Testarossa - $4.3k oil changes - engine needs to be dropped in order to remove the 2 oil filters. It's still the case today with most of the Ferrari line up. Great car, fun to drive.
1984 Porsche 911 Targa - a great car but has a bad tendency to overheat. The problem still continues up to this day with current 911's. Another great car but overheating in the middle of no where really sucks...

1)The GT2 is a pile of ****, it doesn't handle right, and it wants to kill you any time you look at a corner.
2)For comfort and day to day driving, of the 3, the lambo is the most comfortable, second only to the before mentioned murder machine (gt2).
Now had you listed the GT3 AWD then that would have got my thumbs up, but because you listed the RWD version, no thanks.
