i will say that Magnusson would have done the same to Bergmeister if Bergmeister was trying to pass Magnusson on the inside specially if Bergmeister had a run off the last turn.

i don't think that last lap of that race can compare with the Touring cars races seen in BTCC, and WTCC. IMO if Magnusson timed it correctly he would have gotten side by side with Bergmeister without the bump and would have forced Bergmeister off the track since hes on the outside and closer to the gravel just think about turn one when Magnusson was on the outside and Bergmeister slightly forced Magnusson off the track.

You'd drop him with at least two or three rounds from your shotgun - and no, you wouldn't stop at just one. Adrenalin wouldn't let you.
Yeah, exactly, only a robber and race finish are obviously two different things and the Porsche was slower, the vette should have won and probably would have if the Porsche didn't block him the entire time both legitimately and illegitimately.

Now, you snot nosed kid, before you open your mouth again, learn who your elders are. Some of us here are a hell of a lot more experienced at both driving and life, than you are.

No offense man, but you're by far the angriest and most vocal member of this forum! It's so funny to catch some of the random explosive posts that you sometimes publish... It will be boring post to boring post, then WHAM, we catch an overbear post and our boredom is cured.

It's funny how you claim that the Porsche is slower, yet the Corvette had to CHEAT in order to take the lead - and the stewards caught him and made him give the position back...

...not quite what I say someone who's driving the FASTER car would do to prove the point.

The vette would have passed the porsche if he could have driven through it like you can in video games where you race your ghost of a previous lap... That pretty much means that the vette would have had a faster lap time which is where physics tells us that the vette is faster then the porsche...
I wish the Porsche was faster, Im a huge Porsche fan and would rather have one Porsche then 2 of those vettes. Nothing against vettes, I just love Porsche.

your assuming the speed the porsche lost recovering from getting nailed wouldn't have effected his run to the finish. the vette didn't just rub the Porsche, he blatantly did what you are accusing the Porsche of... pitting.

the only other question i have: how many people here were actually in the track, sitting at the finish with an unobstructed view of what happened at less than 50yd?

oh thats right, no one. maybe the race marshalls can see something you cant?

Cool i'm 25, what have you had experience racing in scca mr badass your forester?

If you are as old as you say, better not talk up those reflexes too much. And if you are old enuff to be my grandpa, you really are a loser!

I've been going to Laguna my whole life, and have never seen anything like that. Will see what they have to say.

You experience lies in being a jackass on an online forum with mainly kids. Yeah I guess your life experiences were pretty much nill.

Also had to add you've been on the site for about a year. You need to learn who your elders are son, your nuthin but a punk.

That would be fine if they were racing time trials. But part of racing is getting through traffic, blocking off others trying to pass, protecting the line, setting up your opponent etc....

Leave the Forester out of this.

Oh, and ask yourself, what do most of the top racers in the automotive world have in common? Since you've been going to Laguna Seca your whole life, you should know the answer to that one.

At least you admit you're a kid... which is a step in the right direction. Of course, you negate that step with your ignorant post about his life experiences being "pretty much nill" - but can't explain why. That's because you've probably not experienced real life yet, so you have a lot to learn. You, being an elder around here? ROFLMFFAO!!!

Boy, that's funny!!

Elders have WISDOM, intelligence, and understanding, which obviously eludes you. Elders wouldn't try to insult someone else because they happen to disagree with the viewpoint, they'd stick to the subject at hand...

...so, you need to do some growing up. Oh, and in case you didn't notice, I've been here since 2003.
