does your car really shoot flames, like has someone been behind you to prove this or is it just a backfire (loud pop) I am also completly catless and have a 100% atmo. bov and i get backfires all the time but never a flame.

he's refering to a set of coilovers that the company JIC makes.

i used to get flames when i had my bov. =) but yes it does happen my friend with a sr20 shoots fire all day. got vids too haha. no damage if you do a search about it you'll find more info just maybe your bumper getting burnt.

i'ev got same setup with apexi n1 exhaust
and gfb hybrid 50/50 bov
and i dont' see flames

i am also using the same exhaust with no cats and it does the same. i wouldnt worry about it, just watch out for cops.
