Bittorrent is pretty cool. It basically lets you download the actual movie from multiple sources, and as soon as you start to download it, it also cuts up your copy and starts sending it out to other people.
The downside is its sometimes hard to find more specific files like this if the people who have the files do not have Bittorrent running.
Normally just download Bittorrent, then click on the Bittorrent files. It will do the rest. Its a great way to share really large files, and is true p2p.
