Figured it was time to freshen up my work truck (PICS)

It is easier in a sense that if the panel gets affected by damage, then you can rewrap the panel instead of repainting it. Paint will be eaten away, as vinyl will stain if it is not taken care of properly or defects are not addressed quickly enough.

And yeah this is by far the most expensive vinyl Ive ever bought, nearly half as much as my urethane PPF, whereas most other graphics vinyls are 10 cents on the dollar. But yeah it is SO much easier to work with than PPF, you can just do so much more with this film with enough time and patience (and heat!) than you can with PPF, though it will never be a real replacement, this is still vinyl and you can tear it between your fingers whereas you cant tear apart a 2 inch strip of PPF with both hands.
I still have about 50' left on this roll at the shop, if you want to come check some of it out hit me up and I'll cut you off a bit
Had some friends come by the shop today for a gray car shoot

The guy who did my CF vinyl is in South SF. He did an awesome job and for a good price. He posts on Craigslist all the time. Mostly he does Subies but ive seen other nice cars there too.
