well in denver they have SPEED cameras, you can't do that yet here in CA.
the guy flipping off the camera is great! not sure about the dude showing his cheeks.. how the f^ck was he driving the jeep?

i didn't say it would help reduce accidents, but if you start getting tickets in the mail then you will probably run them less often. if you don't then great more money for the police force.
if people are going to break the law, why not have law enforcement profit off of it?

ive never seen a van like that around the bay area...
however the camera that sits on top of the red light can be avoided by tilting ur license plate forward (pm qwkwrx for details) GO ROCKY!

it is just whacked when the police or city officials advertise RLC like they "save" lives, or reduce accidents. They don't, at least not directly.
you could argue that they help because they generate revenue for the city and the police. Then again, why don't they put the original money to good use.
Anyways, people who run red light are lamme, beating the system while to do it, well it is a fact of life.
