Yep! It was pretty sick! ALOT better than the one I went to over there last spring break. I have a bunch of pictures if anybody wants to see...I'll haveto take some time and upload them, though.

I was there but DOH! forgot my camera. The Falken team consisted of a Nissan Z, G35, 69 Camaro, new Mustang, and an RX7. They were all extremely frickin loud and the RX7 lost its body kit during the drift show. These guys put on a great show, even the jaded in the audience were freaking out. A couple times I thought the frickin LOUD Camaro was going to hit the audience but the drivers are pros for a reason. Also the amateur drifting was good, you can see everyone improving as the day went by. I can't say the car show was very entertaining, just a bunch of Civics with a bunch of money thrown at them. But a few nice rides that were worth a gander. Best part of the whole day was zero traffic going back over the bridge

There wasn't just one, there were a few cars that hit that pole.
Here's a few of the many pics we took while there yesterday with the digital cam. The pics aren't super nice, we had a hard time trying to take a picture from where we were standing with the cars in motion. I threw the Subaru in for kicks, it's super clean. I think I've seen it before and you're probably on the boards here. Nice ride! Next time I'm bringing a camcorder, pictures do no justice.

You can see the RX-7 with its front bumper torn off. The rear was also gone, too. One of the other top drift cars ripped its rear bumper off. This was during their second run. The first run had a G35 but I think was having problems as they took its front bumper off and didn't run it for the rest of the day. Oh, and don't forget the Falken Civic trying to drift, lol! I didn't get a picture of that. My favorite was the Falken Mustang. My ears are still ringing today from how loud those cars were. And I thought MY straight pipes were loud on my car!

I came at like 3:30 and parked on the free side of the lot in Albany, lol. Saw a police car sliding around with the lights on.

It happened a little after 4, I didn't get to see it I have a feeling it was one of the amateur drivers hitting the pole at the end of the first main turn.
