i used to have one on my turbo civic, quiet as stock when closed (running regular path to stock exhaust, and a flip of the switch, full open downpipe, i loved switching it to open next to domestics.. ahhaha

i doubt he was pulled over for modified exhaust with a borla hush specially on the freeway.
280??? it was for speeding or something not for exhaust .
the borla hush looks alot like the the stock wagon twin tip muffler and its not loud at all.
