+1 Borla Hush, go the extra step and paint the canister flat black hi-temp like me, cops wont give it a second look

and painting muffler cans flat black is a good tip. it's a very old street racing trick to hide mods from other guys....used to do that w/my friends' Hondas & Acuras back in the day. flat black BBQ or hi-temp engine paint works very well.

That said, Ive had 2 Greddy EVOs and a Hush and the Hush was barely louder than the EVO. But the EVOs dirty little secret is its 80mm piping necks WAY down to 2.5" in the resonators and the muffler! this is a big reason its so quiet, but if you want a real 3' exhaust thats quiet, go for the hush

I have a Vf-34 setup, STi up-pipe, Gruppe-s Headers, Helix catted down pipe and a borla hush with the resonator removed, I have never been looked twice at by a cop *knock on wood* My exhaust is so quiet that I am changing the turbo-back out for the APS 3.5 inch.
+1 vote for borla hush
