also, props to the guys at Gruppe-s for getting mentioned in reguards to the bodywork.

That car is WICKED FAST, but the looks and lines..NO THANK YOU. It is butt **** FUGLY in my humble opinion.

Plus Easy Street is a RIPOFF.

They quoted me $8500 for a max build 2.4 Liter stroker SHORT BLOCK.

That is about 2.5X the going rate!

I have to agree... they are good...but they are for the person who is not playing around! They appeal more to those with a lot of money and dont care how much they spend...as long as it is fast. I almost went with them when I first started out. I talked to the owner when they were at Stevens Creek one time...they were pretty cool and gave my friend a test ride.

I would have saved a lot of $$ in the long run...could'a, should'a, would'a.

Congrats

Actually the last time I heard about that car, they said it's not very streetable. The 11 sec one is streetable, but I read on their site that the 9 sec one is not very streetable. ie it can be driven on the street, but it's not happy.

And please, not everybody uses nitrous. When somebody can get to the 11's without nitrous then I'll be impressed. Running 11's or lower on nitrous is expected. Any fool can bolt on nitrous and go fast. Why pay the outrageous price they charge just to run some nitrous. Sorry not for me. I'll admit their cars are fast, but I'll save some money and build my own kit.

The only reason they use nitrous is to spool the turbo off the line. It's a big *** turbo, and it doesn't spool for a while. They don't use it for the rest of their run.
