Hello all,
there was no sign of any exhaust or vacuum leak on Stan's FXT. My guess to why the turbo has a little bit more lag is due to the larger Mad Dad header / up pipe and true 3 inch turbo back exhaust upgrade. The factory exhaust manifold (even with porting), stock up pipe and mid pipe are very restrictive compare to the new set up. Typically the more restriction the quicker the spool for a turbo.
I am glad you are happy with your sleeper FXT Stan! Wally, we look forward to completing the next phase of your STI project. I hope you are enjoying your very fast sleeper Tim!
Have a great day everyone and please let me know you have any more questions,
