Raw footage. I eat the popcorn when all the folks out there are telling the officer he's being too rough, yet if the citizen just went along and listened everything would have been OK.

I still wished he would have stepped back, tazed one down. Then nightstick the other. Then go back n' retaze her and keep switching. Hell, if he had 2 tazers he shoulda got them both! Woulda been a double taz0r take down and he would be famous!

i realize it may have been over-excessive in some people's point of views, although not in mine, but why would you continue to resist an officer?

screaming "get the fu*k off of me" isn't going to solve anything... that's common sense no? just get arrested, go to court and fight it out. crying on video isn't going to help you.

i respect all the actions made by the officer, especially when he is surrounded by a crowd that is critiquing his actions. my question is, where is the back up?

He really did suck with the hand holding BS. If you're going to bust an arrest, you need to do it fast, not love tappin' and dancing for 60 seconds. Next time I hope he just warns her a few times with the tazer aimed at her, and shoot the thing.

Why would she try to jump in on that dumb ***. The way both of them were surrounding the officer they could of pulled his gun so I can see why he punched her. And why in the hell did it take him so long to cuff her? Don't they teach basic Judo to these guys? Should of laid her out on the floor and mounted her with his knee in her back to subdue her.

If it takes you that long to physically restrain a crying 17yr old girl and slap cuffs on her, you shouldn't be a cop. You should be a meter maid.

Poor training = poor performance.
It's primarily an agency issue.
The generally more liberal politics/media/public attitude in the region don't help the Seattle Police Department's efforts much either.

Personally, I believe this situation would be very unlikely in Tucson. Heh
