But I am with you on the cemetery bit, I live next to one and as very nice as it is, they get priority over my apartment complex on any land related issues surrounding us. That is why my complex has an extreme parking deficiency while the cemeraty can host a superbowl game

Yeah and look at Japan - they learned REAL quick that cemetaries are not a good idea. No room.
