i buy lots and lots from ebay, have had maybe 2 claims against me and 2 i've filed in 8 years or so; won all of them but it was certainly a pain. make sure you state in every box you get that you have documetation of a working, running iphone and what software etc it had (so when he 'validates' with a 3rd party, they should check it against the info you have) hope this 3rd party is savvy to jailbreaking etc to note that 'cydia' is probably on the screen somewhere
and good luck! i hate buyers who do stuff like that - make him shoot a video and post it up/share it w/you to show what the deal is...

No, but I don't think he could prove what he said. I'll add our dispute comments for entertainment.
Doesn't show his first comment for some reason, but said that it had defective software. The conversation went from the bottom up. The claim said he cancled his dispute, so either he couldn't prove it or he didn't want to deal with it.

Car Info: Whatever The Lot Provides ;)
Jailbreak a phone, spend $ on new phone. Get caught, pull bull****, loose your job b/c your boss can't trust you.
There's a formula for success?
If you still got the buyer's address send him a fake dog turd!
