My warranty did that is...

I ticked over 36,000 on the way home from work. A little frightening, and a little liberating at the same time. woohoo!

but it's 50 or 60k? for powertrain. I'm at 54k, I've long forgotten the flipping 36k feeling.

At 65,000 miles I'm free and clear of all those stuffy warranties. 60K was perfect time to install an AcessPort.

Um, Quick question, whats a compression test? what is it used for? what does it check? and why should a person do a compression test?

Asking because I never heard of this....

Thanks!

Thanks for the reminder. I am going to put new copper plugs in this weekend, I completely forgot about doing a compression check. Where can I buy a good compression check tool? And what does it look like?

I've never done it before...the tool is a gauge looking thing with a hose that leads to a spark plug adapter. I know Sears has some cheap ones (~$40).
