i don’t think driving drunk had as much to do with it as him only having ONE ARM! ha ha ha

oh and as far as insurance goes, ill bet he had the lowest premium coverage and its \probably going to only cover that fire hydrant... cause damn 19 cars! i don’t think anyone’s insurance policy is high enough to cover that much damage..

but, goes to show some handicapped people should never drive...
