we hit a bicycle in the middle of the fwy one time in my buddys 5.0 and blew out his front right tire. pull over to find a lady had done the exact same thing minutes before us and had the same blowout...worthless *** CHP strolls along and after they get the lady a towtruck and ask to help, they come over to us and start DUI testing my buddy and we had nothing to drink!!! **** THE POLICE! (or at least CHP, city cops are about half good)
