I am so f in heated reading this story, not only was the cop derelict in his duty but poured salt on the wound . His choice to let the drunk a-hole go is one thing but to write you a ticket after being assaulted is just cruel, but then again he prolly holds the station record for BS tickets. Sorry to hear your misfortune dude.

You decide not beat the crap out of the drunk asswipe and the cop rewards you with a ticket? Guys like him are the reason why so many people stereotype and disrespect them.

It's experiences like this that pop to mind when people post things like "if you just don't break the law you won't get any tickets." That was complete crap - sorry you had this experience.

Cotati cops seem to do stuff like this a lot I actually 2 blocks down E Cotati from the crawl so I know what you mean about the drunks. If you live down E Cotati I suggest driving behind the fire station since you avoid the stoplight and the drunks who run across the street right in front of you. Also I had some friends who went to the bars last night so I'll ask if any of them saw anything and if they did I'll see if they know the guy or can help you somehow.

see that officer and file a complaint and stuff. just do w/e u can and bring up the fact that your car was attacked by a drunkass, but instead of taking care of the situation, the cop gave u a ticket for a ****ing tint instead.

and as for a drunkard, i hope he gets *** ****ed behind an alley somewhere by a tranny. if i was there i'd turn into the hulk and rip that ****er in half. thats how much anger i have inside and is dangerous when someone triggers it.
