That's my cousin and his room mate. Two of the best am drifters around right now. My cousin is rebuilding his SR so hopefully he'll be ready to go for the season.
Any of you guys going to this?

He's ranked 10th right now but he had to use his room mates car for the first round.
Mikie in John's car.
quoted... about John and Mikie..
These two drivers impressed me very early in the day with their driving abilities. It seems, in this photo, as if they impressed the judges as well.
here's John... Look at the front wheels... that's all home built gear under there. They do some SICK work on the spindles and cross member.

Mike Spring and John Corvinus were sharing Corvinus’s car for the competition. They came out of nowhere in the middle of last season, with mediocre performances in Round 3, but got everyone’s attention in Round 4. They live together and drift together, and as a result they tandem well together. I got to watch them practicing last month at Thunderhill while Spring’s car still ran. I hope he gets it done by Round 2! Spring qualified 4th and Corvinus qualified 6th, but they both got knocked out in the Top 16.

Yeah, I'm proud of my cousin and his room mate both. Hopefully they can pick up some sponsors and make it to D1. The stuff they are building and the skills they're showing are crazy.
John had a SICK s14 with an LS in it but some old lady unfortunately ended it's life. Mike's SR should be putting down over 400whp and torque on e85 pretty soon here. So hopefully with the new suspension and new power he'll be able to show what's up.

I think if Mikie can get his car going before round 2 and get it ironed out for round 3 he's got a solid chance of finishing top 2 this year. Hell, last year they were driving their drift cars too the events.
He and John are both top 5 talent.
I'm gonna try to get out to a couple events this year and get some photos and get the gopro in his car too.
