Does any one like thier job?
Just wondering because I'm looking for career ideas, I hate my current job with a passion, I have high blood pressure at 25 and nightmares about 4 or 5 times a week because of it. I really need to find something soon before I go postal. The shi**y thing is that I didn't go to college. I've had a couple of jobs that I loved but didn't end up working out because there's not much clientelle for these careers in the town I live. Any feedback would be great.

I also taught martial arts for a few years, but the owner who happened to be my best friend and brother-in law passed away last year and the guy that owns it now is a di*k.
I'm also a certified personal trainer, but everyone here is lazy. It seemed that the only trainers who could build a good client base were the hot loud chicks.

I'm a support/network engineer for a company that does webhosting, colocation, dedicated servers, and leased lines. Working 3am - 11am I spend most of my time on forums, working on personal projects, and occasionally working (except when **** hits the fan, then work is 100% work). So yeah, I like my job.

I should like my job, but after wanting to do it my entire life i am kinda suprised i dont.
I work on videogames as mostly a modeler and animator, but lately i've been doing everything. This industry is cool because you have artistic freedom to a certain point - but because there are so many kids trying to get into the industry, they treat everyone like **** - because we are all expendable. This means i work manditory overtime with no pay, and no comp. Some people at EA have to work 90 hour weeks for months at a time, all with no pay.
The only thing really good about this industry is that 6th graders **** their pants when you tell them you make videogames.
