You guys are smarter than me, What can I say. I just figured this group of people is smart, and sprewed about when it comes to purchasing anything, and a lot of ppl go down south too.

But yea it's totally unreasonable.

also mazda was last to touch the wheels on the car before this happened.

Get THIS@(#(@#

so my buddy went home and now has the paper work that proves they rotated the tires last (guy was an *** about it).

ON TOP IF IT ALL)$%($(%$(%

they let him drive home missing 4-5 lug nuts without signing anything or any waiver?

doesn't that equal job loss?

Car has like 70k roughly. It has had rota rims on it since right after purchase. Nothing has been changed, it's been the same for the last 4 years, and more importantly this same dealer has been servicing and rotating the tires previous to this event more than once, without any other place touching the car.

Les Schwab replaced the studs for free on my Dad's car when they found they were cross threaded... because they "figured" they "may" have worked on it last.

If they touched they are responsible. End of story. This guy could possible be a douche because he has made many mistakes before and doesn't want to lose his job. I would fight this to the end.

wait...

how long AFTER did you your friend find out lug nuts are missing or that the stud has broken off?

while picking up the car while he's still at the mazda dealership or after taking it home and like days after...

confused...
