You can approximate, to avoid a just blatantly improperly sized box...

I'm new to the concepts behind sub enclosures but would wrapping it in a padded carpet type material help with the shaking of panels? It seems to me that a bulk of sub enclosures have a carpet like material on them. Like I said though, this is all fairly new to me...

If so, we'll do a road trip, kill a polar bear, and wrap your box to match your car.

The carpet on the outside is entirely just for appearance.

padded carpet would work or just some 1/4" closed cell foam from a fabric store. almost anything to stop the fiberglass from directly contacting the plastic interior panels will work

Looks amazing and good quality, but how does it sound? Did you actually measure and meet the ft³ recommendation of your subwoofer or did you just make a mold that looks good?

You should make more and start selling those. 10" and 12" models. I'm sure they would sell AMAZINGLY.

I always thought, pertaining to cars, stealth meant "it looks stock but it aint"

ie: could be interchangeably used like sleeper. I do not think toxic green wheels are stealthy at all, widened stockers would be.

Or something that is all flat black. ; )

Most of those enclosures you see wrapped in carpet are made out of particle board, and then covered in carpet to hide the wood.

Sounds great, I just have to wrap the back side of the enclosure with some sound deadening material.
yes, I did measure capacity of the box, it was more than required for my 10" sub.
I can make more boxes for 10" and 12" subwoofers for right and left corner of the trunk but it wouldn't be cheap. Keep in mind that I spent about $120 on material and I'd probably charge $100 for labor. Almost identical box made by Audio Solutions goes for almost $400.
