I would open up Windows On Screen keyboard and see if your Windows key is continually on.
If it is - I would open up the keyboard and see if its just stuck.
If the hardware looks ok and its still not working - let me know and I can start helping you out via either remote or walk you through it.

Or the damn key just gets stuck!
Trust me one time I was almost punching the walls to get my computer to stop pressing '[, ], and \' after every key I touched - turned out the 'Enter' button had stuck the other 3 down.

hmmm... the problem seems to be gone... but wonder if anything were taken from my computers...
These updates were done since I last saw the problem. And most of them are related to remote attack and blah blah blah...
