Diablo Subaru/Mazda Customer Service Award

Diablo Subaru/Mazda wins the worst customer service award.......

I've never had to deal with ****ty service like this in many years.
The part guys doesnt even get out of his chair to help you. Very Lazy.. Doesnt say hello. Just "what do you need"

Then he doesnt want to get up to get the part or really doesnt have anything in stock.

I went in for fuel injector o-rings. This time. Just the top feed oring. Nothing....

Last time was a heater core.. Nothing......

So I walk up stairs to talk to the gen manager. He's a piece or work himself.
Doesnt want to talk to anyone.

I explain my problems with dealing with his parts dept. He doesnt seem to care. He goes on to tell me about how to order parts.. I'm like. I know how to order parts and stocking 4 topfeed o-rings for a huge cost of $1 goes allot ....... Then I was cut off. Didnt get to finish about customer service.

But seeing they have a bunch of new cars and no customers. I can only hope they go out. They dont do any good anyways. They are only geared to sell cars. Not aftersales and it shows.

The gen manager even walked away from me. Well you will never see another dollar of mine or my families. And my family has bought 5 cars from you over the years..

DONT GO TO DIABLO SUBARU.

i had the same experience getting parts for my dad's Miata more than 5 years ago. unfortunately, doesn't look like they've gone out of business for it.

Hey I know a guy who works there, he is really cool and will help you out. Agreed theres a bunch of shiesters there. Had to show up in my brand new 05, because even tho it would have been the 3rd car purchased from them in 2 years he wouldn't even give us anything close to a fair deal so I went somewhere else and the guys jaw dropped.....................

what an idiot................

also one time they cornered my old wrx so hard trying to diagnose it they ripped the subwoofer loose which SHOULD NOT have happened. I can only imagine what they were doing...........

yea that russian parts guy is a ****ing idiotttttttttttttttttt

You have to realize that all they care about is selling that next car for as much as they can. They don't give a rats *** about anyone coming in to buy parts. Oh, and if you thought the cops profiled, it's nothing compared to a group of car salesmen. The second you drive onto the lot they size you up and either rush you for a deal or completely ignore you hoping a bigger fish will get caught in the net. When I say fish, I really mean complete idiot with too much money in his/her pocket. They want to sit you down, play bad manager/good dealer, 4 box square, kickbacks, and my favorite, dealer incentives. Dealers hate the internet. Now anyone can get the invoice for any car. Once you have that and a little patience, you can decide just how much of your hard earned cash you want to give to the dealership. I actually decided never to buy another brand new car. Too many rich kids out there that flip cars like people flipped houses before the bubble burst.
