Dell computers (inspiron)
Does anyone here have discounts on dell computers? I'm looking into getting a Inspiron 9300. Right now I can find one for $1149.00. Does it get any cheaper? I'm planning on using it for graphics mostly.

Thanks for the links!
I also checked this place called GotApex.com and they had some REALLY good deals on the dell.. it's like 900 something but when you click on "customize it", it comes up as 1149 so yeah.. it's a little frustrating.

Yea just check the deal websites like www.gotapex.com and www.fatwallet.com dell always has some deals up. If you're patient they sometimes have $750 off laptop coupon codes that pop up a couple times a year.

I think there's one out there for 750 now, but it's for laptops 1999 or more. That's still more than I want to spend

256M of RAM ? that ain't gonna make it. I have an Inspiron. I'd go for 1G RAM. They used to run real hot. Have already replaced the MoBo and HD. Get extended warranty. I think they have fixed the hot problem. A working class notebook is around $2k.

I know.. I saw that too but it's ok. Next time
But I guess the 750 off of 1999 isn't toooo bad.
