I had the pioneer z1, kenwood dnx 9140, and the pioneer z120bt in my 05 scooby. I have to say I like the pioneer in-dash ones much better than the kenwood because kenwood's software interface was rather slow (VERY slow) hence why i went back to a pioneer.

It also depends on what you want in the in-dash, now there are new things like voice commands, ones with HDD instead of a DVD navi map (the hdd one is faster), automatic updates, etc.
