I didn't think anyone would be there right at that moment when I rode up to his site, and unfortunately some people witnessed me losing it (thank god I had a helmet on)
such a shock, really sinks in once you see the wreckage on the ground... said a little prayer for him & then went around to say hi to everyone there... was really nice to meet some of you guys and see some old familiar faces.
Looking forward to seeing you guys again at MVKK.

Sounds like an outstanding person and friend to those who knew him.
One thing I always will like about the Subaru community and i-Club in general is people like Daniel.
For those who knew him and his family I am sorry for your loss.
Rest in Peace.

you can see the container with the log book in the pictures. it's attached to the fence with a carabiner.
Please open it up, and sign the log by leaving your name or a message.
you can also leave little trinkets inside of the container.
the memorial will stay there as long as it can, but we are going to collect the container at the end of the week or next week so it can be kept or given to the family with the log book and all of our messages. so be sure to head there this week when you have time.

It was nice seeing people there today. I did see people I had never met but it was an honor spending time with you guys, all you guys. My name is javier I was wearing a black subaru polo then a grey zip-up... Today felt so unreal to me this is the first time someone that I see on a regular basis passes away and its a feeling I can't describe.Horrible. I broke down a few times today just by the thought of the day when I first met Daniel in union city when I went to my first meet, and thinking I'm never going to see him again... With much love and respect, may you Rest In Peace Dan
