yo sean..just keep checking any gamestop/eb gamez stores. they said the get a bunch of shipments randomly. g'luck!

 

retail goes for $250 on these things right? my gf saw it in the mall last weekend and now she tells me she wants one... hopefully I can track one down...

so what does that $250 include? console and how many controls? any games included? yeah, as you can tell by my questions... I am not much of a gamer...

 

i believe the "chuck" is seperate system itself comes with wii sports hope that helps

 

Alright, you see, that is already too 'technical' for me. Who is this 'chuck' fellow you are referring to? Seriously, what is 'chuck'?

btw, i just called 3 Game Crazy, 3 Target, and 6 EB Games that are 'local' to me and none have any. However, most of them did say they are expecting more just don't know when and how many.

$250 gets you 1 regular remote controller, a nunchuck attachment, a system, the sensor bar, and all the standard RCA cables and WiiSports. WiiSports has 5 games, Tennis, Golf, Bowling, Baseball and Boxing. All of which are overly simplified versions of the sports, but they are fun to play (at least for a little bit).

Good luck finding any in stores, they are selling out right now. Stores should be getting periodic updates, but unless you happen to walk in the door on the day they get their update, you might be hard pressed to find one in stock. I'd just go to your local eb or gamestop and see if they'll call you when it comes in. Or, you could just buy it on amazon, but I don't know how long you might be waiting.

BTW, here is a pic of the controler and the nunchuck attachment. Not all games require it, and if you buy extra controllers, the two parts are sold separately.

yea the wii is a fun system especially for mult-players! just sold mine on ebay...
