How is it half the price?
I'm sorry but cans of this **** is just as expensive as cans of paint. Same goes for using true paints. You still have to follow the normal prep steps so that cost is the same and now you're talking about mixing in pigments and using clear coat.
It's a little less expensive but then again... you're going to have to redo it again much earlier so is it really cheaper?

Just use bedliner, and you never have to paint again...ever! the body parts will rot out before the liner gives up its bond.
