but it is 100% LEGAL to take pictures as long as it is in PUBLIC, no trespassing, or no pictures signs posted, also, not IN stores or in private buisnesses.
Im not saying what he did was right, i woulda sent him to the hospital.

as long as you are in a public area, it is legal for someone to photograph you and i believe they also have the rights to make money off of that photograph without your consent.

That's BS. I'll keep my eye out for him. I'm sure he goes there regularly. I go there every weekend to have a cigar with friends. If I see a guy with his description I'll take a pic and post it here to see if it's him.

oh its in a mall, yeah thats illegal, **** that old guy, beat the **** outta him next time, id rather be banned from the mall, than have my wifes diginity stripped.

run to the nearest bathroom and lock yourself in there, take the memory cards/film and any other media he has.
Take the serial of the camera/lenses.
File a police report. keep everything in the bag.
That is super creepy. I would say that people walking from far away would be OK, but a hidden lense inside a bag is right out. I would've beat that guy down. made sure he knew it wasn't cool.
Make sure that if you see him again, that you get a picture of him. Then i-club can play a game of spy vs. spy(perv).
