Craigslist scams? - "financial district"

Every few weeks or so, I see these WRX's for sale in the financial district. Always at lowball prices and it makes me wonder what kind of scam they are pulling.
Part of me suspects that it is insurance company adjusters putting up fake ads to depreciate the amount they have to pay on a totalled WRX (when they go out to the "market" to find out what other WRX's are selling for).
Either that or its one of those wire-transfer scams.
Who knows
