Yeah and I guess the photos are pretty grimm. There's a lady that was at his last parole meeting that said as long as she was on the board he'd never see freedom.
When you're an biker with a criminal record they throw the book at you.
If the same thing happened to a banker or something he probably would have gotten off or possibly gotten like 2nd degree or even just manslaughter. Its one of the unfortunate downfalls to our judicial system. Your past and your appearance really does play into what happens in a court room.

From what he told us... the photos are pretty gnar gnar. strait blew the dudes head off. talking buck shot to the face from point blank.
Can't even remember why he told us that. Something in relation to a communication lesson I suppose. I remember he was talking about someone that was close to him. Someone big time. Like damar or some isht. And how they'd see him when they went to visit sometimes. I think it had to do with the way you carry yourself to send a message to groups around you. Can't remember. But I did well in the class. One of the few A's.

^ that sounds super gnarly. did he pop the guy right as he walked through the door or something? gruesome and scary, but he was defending his life if the other dude was 'coming for him' at his own house. movie style right there. you cant write a script like that

I think the guy was right to put the gun in the muggers face.. Remember he didn't pull the trigger. He also donote the shoes and money to the homeless its not like he used it for himself.
I think the guy got the punishment better than any court could give. Really I prob would have done the same thing, hope I never get in that situation though..
If I guy comes at me with a knife then I can deal with it but if my girl is around then I will deal with it.. Thats just me.

O.k. so he's getting mugged and decides to mug the guy. What a douche. Big bad bad *** with a gun.
If he's such a bad *** he should have put his *** on the ground and waited for the cops to come... but wait he probably doesn't have a concealed permit.
The mugger should friggin file a police report against the guy as he just admitted guilt to carrying a concealed weapon and committing and armed robbery with it.
Good for you for standing up for yourself but still.......
Douche.

I am sure that most of you with this attitude would have a different opinion if you were the one getting mugged.
Not to mention that half of it is probably bull****....

If someone pulls a knife on you, you give them your stuff. If they are holding the knife a couple feet away from you just be safe and give them your stuff. If they are close enough to hurt you or someone you are with then you defend yourself. There is no need to risk your life for some money and maybe a burberry jacket.
